Eligibility for Returns:​

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure the item is returned within 5 days of receiving your package

If USPS fails to deliver your package correctly or if your package is stolen, this is not the responsibility of UKO Kandila. You must file a claim with carrier.

If you enter the wrong address and is returned to Uko Kandila you will be charge a 8$ re-ship fee since we do not get refunded for shipping and we have to pay twice.
How to Return:

Submit a Photo: Send us a clear up close photo of the item and packaging you wish to return. This helps us understand the issue and process your request efficiently.

Contact Us: Email the photo and your order number to UKOKANDILA@GMAIL.COM. Include a brief description of the issue with your candle.
Refunds and Replacements:

We do not offer refunds.

If the return is approved, you will receive a replacement, based availability.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs.
